The lady at the front desk was extremely rude, very impatient with the guests checking in ahead of us. She kept huffing and rolling her eyes. The room floors had crumbs and sticky stuff on them definitely didn't look like it had been cleaned in awhile. The beds were so hard, definitely did not get a good night's rest. great value for $. Location good to Wilderness Resort and much cheaper. Rooms could use a freshining however they were adequate for my needs. Balcony is a bonus
For the money it was good just wished the bed and pillows were more comfortable and the curtains covered the windows better

We were placed in the family sweet above the office. On our second night of the trip I slept on the orange couch. I was woken up 45 minutes latter with welted bites and bed bugs crawling on me. When I told the office all they said was they will have someone come treat it. No offer for a new room or a refund. My wife returned the keys and asked for a refund for at least the night we were not going to use. The lady behind the desk agreed but were still waiting to see if that happens.
