Stopped here on the way to Florida. Room was dirty. Will not be back.
I'm only giving this hotel a 2 star because it was a mess when we got there. Windows were filthy. Looked like the hotel was closed. They are remodeling & when we got inside, they had remodeling materials all over the lobby. It took 10 minutes for someone to even come to the front desk. No bell to ring to let them know we were there. Our room had stained furniture & a ripped cover that was on a fold out couch. It wasn't a good look or a good feel. Breakfast was ok. Currently undergoing renovations and they are looking great brand new fridge with tape still inside. Front desk went above and beyond got our 2 rooms together then when they saw my grandma coming in with her walker they stopped us and took it upon themselves to move us to the main floor which honestly helped her more than they'll know. Front desk was very cordial and fast with check in. Rooms are so clean, spacious, and nice I love it. Where do I start. The location is very far from Savannah, about 25 minutes by car to downtown. There's only homeless people and low quality fastfood around it. The hotel has an off putting smell on every floor, the room was dirty, lots of damage, covers have cigarette holes, shower has mold, the office chair was broken, all seating has blood and other matter stains on them.
