I chose this hotel based on a high rating (around 8.4 on booking platforms) for a one-night stay with my family on our way to Florida. That rating is completely misleading. The person at reception, who identified himself as the owner/manager (Martin Patel), was openly hostile and confrontational from the start. Upon arrival to our room at 5:00, it still had not been finished being cleaned even though our check in time was 3:00. When we we were able to enter our room, there was dirt all over the floor, in the bathroom, on the toilet, etc. There was also makeup stains on the sheets. We called and asked for our sheets to be changed while we were out. When we came back, the sheets had not been changed. i ended up getting new sheets from the front desk & we changed our sheets.
