Clean and comfortable. No pool for the kids. Value was good compared to other hotels we stayed at in the soo. Would stay here again next time. Breakfast was good and plentiful.
My Mom and I have now stayed here twice and both stays were great! Staff were friendly, the rooms were spacious, clean and well kept. The continental breakfast was also nice, with the lady handling it being awesome (even remembering us on the 2nd stay from our 1st one night stay earlier in the month on our road trip!) I definitely would recommend this hotel to others!
We've stayed here twice going through Sault Ste Marie, and both times were great. The rooms were clean and quiet, it's easy to get to, the staff were friendly. Great value for the price.
Gen is an amazing employee. Really amazing to see somebody care about customer service! She was very helpful when I was dealing with problems through Expedia. Keep up the good work !
