WARNING! DO NOT STAY HERE! We were informed by one of our group about the conditions of the hotel and the lack of safety. The doors have huge gaps and when asked to move rooms, they said they are all like that and to place a towel in the gap. It is the middle of winter in January, and the rooms have no heat. The front desk was giving out space heaters. Hostel should not even be open until it can address the safety for its customers. The front desk was rude and unhelpful when we tried to cancel. Room was completely unacceptable. Heater didn’t blow warm, they had to bring a space heater to make it tolerable. Running a hair dryer tripped electrical breaker for entire room. Tv remote wouldn’t turn on tv. Linoleum floors during winter without a door mat to at least wipe feet on. Shower temp was either too cold to shower or scalding. I was supposed to stay here with my hockey team for silver sticks and two of our families checked in and it was terrible, one of our families had a room that had exhaust leaking into him room through a hole in the door and they were offered towels to help, another family stayed in a room on the second floor and they were in -10 Celsius the front desk offered a heater but they could not run it all night long, then later in the morning after a shower the hairdryer blew the breaker in their room.
