It was all I expected
Plumbing problem in first room, moved to a less accessible room but at same rate ! Request for additional towels ignored and room was not serviced for our 2nd night.
Replying to the Manager, among others bad things, one thing if you are aware, I want to let you know that cleaning person did not show up, not taking the trash or replacing towels or cleaning the room.
