I booked reservations online and when went to hotel for check they told me they can’t check in so I paid again to stay hotel and when I call for refund they keep transferring me to another wrong number, they transferred me like 6 times but all of the number is not working

Es un mugrero , primers me dijeron un cuarto que no lo habian limpiado y despues me dijeron un cuarto tendinitis pero al levantar las Colchas todas Susias y en el micro un calzon
We pay for 2 rooms 5 nights because we're going to stay in town for work. After we pay 10 minutes we got a call from work that weren't staying in town .. and they refuse to give refund so we just left!! And rooms were really hot ac no good!! Worse experience!!
We cancelled our reservation because the front desk person was being racist to my husband.
