I booked this hotel after doing research and reading through tons of reviews. When we got to our room, there was a mildew and heavy cigarette smell although it was a non-smoking room. There was hair on the bedsheets and the walls were dirty. There was also a lot of mold on the A/C unit. Within a couple of hours of checking in, we had to check out and take the loss of the amount that was paid for the room. We drove 5 hours, paid 120$- checked out after 3 hours. We got a single room, smells old and wet. AC is LOUD clanking, the bed sheets had hair and stains. We went down asked the man if we could get a new room, he said no. We told him it smells bad- he offered “room spray” and then proceeded to give us TOILET spray. So we left to eat dinner and decided we aren’t staying there. When we came back it was a lady at the counter. We just checked out and cut our losses. The great reviews were insanely misleading.
