Room was absolutely disgusting. I booked on Wyndham app after driving from Orlando trying to make it to Philadelphia. I couldn't drive anymore needed to rest when I arrived the person at the desk was so arrogant rude and kind of mean she immediately just started adding fees price went from $60 to $127 I couldn't drive anymore so I paid them. This hotel is the worst! Now, for a budget hotel, there should still be limited expectations but this was way below! As soon as I arrived, I was approached by a slim, black woman with red braids. Rude immediately!!! Eye and neck rolling! I get to my room awaiting my partner, roach after roach after roach after roach. I mean there was a whole colony. I arrived at about 10:20pm. A horrible place to stay. The room was filthy and had mold all over the ceiling. When reported the staff said we are working on it. One person even said it was repaired. I showed her the picture of mold present, holes in the walls, cracked tile, dust filled dirty AC unit with no cover. A missing back to the remote control and the list goes on. Now they are refusing a refund because I reached out to the third party that booked the stay. Don't stay !
