Rooms are very, very dirty, smelly, insects in the bathroom, broken door handle, broken bathroom tissue holder, dirty and whole in the bed sheet generally that happens with cigarette ashes. There was no real breakfast to eat. Wyndham should seriously inspect this hotel and close the service until it's in a condition to stay.
Arrived on tonight 04/21/2025. The hotel is conveniently located right off of 95. The front desk lady with the crochet was nice at first. However, there was a lady who appeared to be a customer that came down to look for the night shift worker. The guest was extremely irate and started cursing about them saying something negative about her. Afterwards, a young man came in to look for his dog. Dingy, grubby room, no breakfast. My room smelled, was in awful condition, and apparently hadn't been cleaned. I wanted a bath, but there was no means to stop the drain. I explained that I wanted to draw a bath to the front desk clerk, but she didn't at first seem to understand what a bathtub stopper was -- when she caught on, she explained that not all rooms were so equipped and suggested that I could stuff a washcloth in the drain. Check in person was great. Check out person was awful. Facility has not refunded my money as of yet.
