I was in the process of moving, and this hotel, being affordable and charming, offered a restful refuge. I initially thought it would be a quick overnight stay, but one night turned into two, then three, and before I knew it, five. I truly appreciated how quiet and clean the hotel and rooms generally were, which made my stay more comfortable. Staff is quite IMPRESSIVE
The Super 8 needs to Upgrade Tanya to the GM of all Super 8s or make her the District Manager. She is always friendly and I have stayed a few weeks at a time and she has the best Customer Service that I have seen by far in RVA. She goes above and beyond to insure we have a comfortable stay. She also doesn’t let her outside life effect her work ethic she is amazing. I can’t complain about her, the hotel may not be the best or a 5star hotel but Tanya’s service is Superb! It was ok
BY FAR the worst place i've ever "stayed" at. I booked a room for 2 beds and when i showed up they said they only had 1 beds left (already bad). then after being told they actually had the room i booked i walked in the beds had no pillows or sheets and there was hair and blood all over the place (the room had not been cleaned at all). I walked back to the front desk who said we can switch rooms and the 2nd room was somehow even worse with there being at LEAST 15 cockroaches on the walls when i walked in. you think it would e... read more
