I wish I could give zero rating. I had a very bad experience at this hotel. I booked a non-smoking room. When I arrived there, front desk exec said only smoking room is available after verifying all my details. He suggested to check the room if I am comfortable with that. I took room keys and checked it. It was very untidy, filled with cigarettes smell, untidy bedsheets, broken bathroom door. So, I said I am not comfortable and requested for refund. The clerk was nice
Saw the 3.6 but should’ve actually read the reviews. Probably one of the worst motel stays I have had. Room smells like cigarette smoke. Non smoking should not be two doors down from smoking. The whole hotel should be non smoking. Room is not clean. Don’t know when’s the last time they cleaned it. There is a hole in the sheet. Tub filthy. And there probably have been bugs that I have not seen. Do not stay here if you can help it.
