Arrived to be told my reservation had been canceled. No call, no email nothing communicating this. I called at 6pm spoke with a PATEL, whom was nasty during the call explained that we would be arriving late around 10pm to be exact. My reservation was booked under book now pay when you arrive, why at 8pm are you trying to charge my card? Already being notified of my arrival time. To be told by the guy currently on shift that when they are filling up they try to charge cards to keep the reservations or else they give the room ... read more

Hello everyone, I'm not one to rate the places I visit badly, in fact, three stars seems good to me for this Hotel. 1) For the price you pay it is clear that you will not find a 5-star hotel, but at least it is painted and refurbished to spend any night. 2) Do not offer breakfast if you are not going to give it, for an economical price simply do not include it, do not lie to attract customers, it seems that having an average of 3 in reviews does not worry you. 3) It was very positive of the receptionist to offer me a non-smo... read more
