Every time I have to stay in the Richardson side for work I prefer super 8 by Wyndham because of their customer service and clean rooms .
This is a beautiful Hotel. The man at the front desk is very nice, and was easy to talk to. I Highly Recommend this place.
Absolutely disgusting facilities. Our room smelled musty and things felt damp. Our feet were sticking to the floor, the chair in our room was ripped to shreds. The water smells and tastes like mildew. Additionally, there are some questionable individuals roaming the property which made it feel very unsafe. We checked out early and they are refusing to refund us for the days we did not stay. Steer clear from this hotel, there are lots of other nicer ones in the area for literally the same price.
There was a power outage here during a thunderstorm causing me to wait for a long time and unable to checkin. Folks here had no idea what to do. There were sketchy folks just lying down in doorways leading to rooms.
