There was a slight hiccup in the beginning because they didn't look us into the room that we were supposed to have but they fixed that immediately and I understand where human mistakes happen. They accommodated me and my 11 family members very well I have no issues and would stay here again in a heartbeat. I would however note that the shell across the parking lot is an absolute ripoff. I stayed at this hotel for one night and had a very pleasant experience. What impressed me the most was the professionalism and patience of the staff. Even during the busy breakfast hours, when the dining area was crowded, the team remained attentive, organized, and focused on providing excellent service.
