Property needs cleaned up, room floor had not been cleaned. Could not regulate air, kids running down the hall constantly. Doors had been kicked in, including the bathroom door. Took over 15 minutes to check in prior guest. Pet fee was reasonable. Men's restroom near pool did not have running water. Heard another guest complain that shower did not work.
Rooms have Definitely seen better days!!! Things are Broken and NOT fixed. Shower, Deadbolt, Bathroom Door, Beds. Linens have Filthy Dirty Spots on them, YUCK!!! Save your money and go somewhere else. You will be Happier.
The staff is amazing going above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.... beautiful pool area and great location for photography...
