Staff was friendly and accommodating with my requests, room was clean and quiet, and it's in a great location, right near a park, bar and grill, and the river. Would definitely stay again. Great value for the money.

Been trying to get a refund for two weeks now, just keep getting the runaround. Tired of no results after calling four 4 times in 5 days.Filled out Corporate Complaint and contacted the Attorney General's office , maybe they can get a better response than verbal run arounds.

Place is gross, as many owned by these people are. They have let yet another hotel go downhill and do no upkeep. Red Wing gets busy and expensive, so this might be your only only option. Sleep in your car or pay the extra and stay at the Americinn down the road(which is excellent) or just cancel plans altogether before staying at this dump.

This hotel is very nice and priced well. It’s clean and has great breakfast. Easy location!

In the room we stayed in, all of our “clean” towels had (a LOT of) hair on them. The first room we were assigned, was on ground level and the door *wouldn’t even close* as in key card not necessary for entry. The window for this room facing the busy road was broken so badly that every time we tried closing the door I thought the glass was going to fall out.
