The wifi speed is ridiculous. 97 ms latency with 5.16 megabits/second download speeds. Unacceptable for the $200+ per night hotel no matter how good the service is. The front desk wired computers had 75+ Mbps. This wifi network is poorly optimized. Cannot connect to business meetings. The issue was reported so hopefully they take this feedback seriously
The service is worst. I left my shoes and the management ignoring my messages Crystal, if you are reading, I need my shoes back
It was a very good experience. Particularly, the front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast served was super good as well. I will visit again next summer.
