DO NOT STAY HERE! I booked online and am unable to get refunded. I was in and out in 15 minutes. They have bed bugs!
Manager checked me into a filthy room, when I pointed it out, he offered a reduced rate, and then didn't give it to me. He lied. His word isn't worth anything apparently. Will never stay there again.
We stayed overnight and found a lot of bed bugs in the room, which made it difficult for us to sleep. We came all the way from Calgary to celebrate their birthday, and this experience was very disappointing. We never expected it to be this much dirty — from the entrance to the corridor. The room amenities were incomplete, the curtains had holes, and the room smelled very bad.
Great place . Great hotel .
