The customer service there was very, very, very understanding and helpful with my situation.And so was the manager , they were all very welcoming , and I greatly appreciate them

My wife and I stayed here for two nights. The hotel staff were some of the kindest and most accommodating people I’ve ever come across at a hotel. Unfortunately, there was a slight cigarette smell in the hallways, but that’s not something I can really hold against the hotel itself. Our shower was cold at first, but the staff did everything they could to fix the issue and ultimately moved us to another room with hot water, which we really appreciated.
