We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. Me and my family arrived at the premises 30 minutes early. My wife went up to the counter to ask if the rooms were ready. Lady in counter just gave us the room keys but in different floors. My wife asked if we could get rooms close to each other because we have kids and grandparents. The lady in the recepcion said it was because the rooms were not ready because we checked in early. She could've just ask us to wait a few more minutes so the room could get ready because it was less than 30 minut... read more
I've been traveling for about 7 days now. We were tired Rady calling a night books is online. Walked in the hotel smell like cigarette smoke Aaron don't in smoking floor the hallways stunk the rooms looked terrible not like the pictures we end up leaving and not staying there wasted our money drove to Holiday Inn in wall to stay the night What a shame.

Hotel is easy at bind we were visiting the Rushmore and devil's Tower hotel is really cool stuff was friendly breakfast was delicious they have waffle machines... The pool was a wonderful temperature even at 9:00 at night clean had a wonderful time
