Only stay hear if you cannot afford anything else. WE GOT BED BUGS! Yes cheap, the room we reserved was not available. Had to split us up. Cleanliness of the rooms were pitiful. Brown streaks on the bathroom door and crumbs throughout the room. TV in one of the rooms completely shattered. Other room you had to wiggle the wires to get it to work, this is what the front desk told us to do. Breakfast, bare minimum, I would not call it a continental breakfast. The service is more than five stars. I have an employee that stays there all the time whenever we're in the rapid City area I have stayed there myself several times. Service is always been great. I needed to book a motel room and another state the manager took me into her office help me book another motel got me a very good discount. And then when I needed another room at another motel I was able to call them and they help me get it booked over the phone. So like I said the service is incredible. The front desk personnel was very kind and inviting. I felt more at ease while i was checking in all because the front desk personnel engaged in small talk. In all honesty i wasnt even expecting to get a hello due to prior experiences. thank you!
What a convenient location! I needed a place to stay while getting myself situated in the city and this location was perfect! It is located right off the interstate with an easy to find parking lot. I was able to get to downtown and the west side very quickly. The staff is really friendly and they made my stay very enjoyable. The room was comfy and clean, which is the biggest thing I look for.
