I wish I had read the reviews before booking because everything people say about roaches is unfortunately true. Check-in was quick and easy, but the elevator was out of service, and since we were on the 4th floor, we had to carry all of our luggage upstairs. On the way up, I saw multiple cockroaches crawling in the stairwells. This is not just disgusting, it’s completely unsanitary and a serious health hazard.
