Just got back to my hotel and a roach jumped out out of our backpack!! We smashed it and it still kept moving! This is disgusting and unacceptable!! Not to mention the first floor of the hotel smells like mildew! Do not recommend!! The front desk associate and manager were not helpful at all, didn’t offer a refund, another room, didn’t even apologize!! Acted as if this is normal.
All of the staff was super hospitable and welcoming!
everything was nice until we fully settled in i woke up to a bed bug on my pillow, then seen a roach crawling away from our food, but i can’t forget about the roach crawling out of the sink right before i was about to wash my hands. do not recommended staying here more then one night.
The staff always takes care of me and are very attentive and patient. This is where I stay when I’m working in Raleigh and will continue to do so
