I'm torn on this review. On one hand, the service was outstanding. The staff, despite seeming short-staffed, was incredibly helpful and well-mannered. A special shout-out to the manager who ensured I was able to switch rooms seamlessly. The hotel's lush plant life and overall vibe were also great. On the other hand, the rooms themselves are in dire need of an upgrade. The decor and furnishings are quite dated. This made it hard to fully enjoy the stay, despite the fantastic service. Love the pet friendly option though.

Uncomfortable and unprofessional experience. Stayed here recently during a business trip and had a very poor experience. The toilet seat in my room was not sealed properly and was leaking — very unhygienic and uncomfortable. Although I was aware that housekeeping is only provided upon request, I did not request any service during my stay. However, I noticed that someone had entered the room and changed the garbage.
