The room, blankets, pillows, towels are all stained. Dirty and nasty. No toilet paper provided. Called front desk and asked for toilet paper, they don’t care. We then bought our own towels, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. Poor customer service.

The room had stained sheets hand prints on the headboard a door that had been kicked in numerous times amd a missing back up latch. The staff who reside on the property were very un informed on return policy a.d ultimately after checking numerous rooms, I was forced to drive 2 hours and 30 minutes back home, without a return on the room. The area is full of prostitution and the hotel staff is fully aware. Not for visitors at anytime. Choose another hotel
Didn't stay there. Someone lost their room key. I returned it.
