We stayed here 18 months ago and it wasn't a very pleasant stay, however we stayed here again last night. Tired after a full day of driving we settled into our room...with what sounded like elephants playing above us. After 2 hours I went to complain. They were aware of a problem and promised it would be handled. An hour later my boyfriend goes down and they move us to another room.
