Staff very friendly and helpful. Room old and needing repairs but clean. Able to sleep comfortably.
Don't use the airport shuttle! They don't tell you that you have to pay $10 CASH! THEY DON'T TELL YOU THAT UNTIL AFTER YOU CHECK IN. Their website says NOTHING about having to pay cash for the airport shuttle!!!
Everything is bad about this hotel. You wanna hear something funny? I had to call the Cubs to get extra blanket and extra pillow due to the bad customer service.😂😂❌❌❌
