Both the staff and the location have been nice, the area surrounding has some nice amenities. However, the bathrooms are in desperate need of some TLC. The shower curtain is yellow from use of the years and just gross on the bottom, the bathtub has this nasty rectangle stain and the soap holder doesn't drain from the scum build up in the drainage hole. We recently stayed at Super 8 - Pincher Creek and it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
This place is very poorly run and outdated. The rooms smelled weird. The employees who worked there were not friendly and well-coming. The breakfast was the worst part. Plain toast yoghurt and some granola bars. Disgusting. Don’t even look at this place. Go somewhere else.
Hot tub was down, served hot dogs for breakfast disguised as breakfast sausage🤮why.. all three days I stayed here was this! The eggs they served were small, and looked like powered eggs🤮 Waffle machine kept breaking. Place was ok clean. Staff were nice too.
