Front desk staff was great! Got a great deal! I do however wish the pool was heated/enclosed. Water pressure was great. Floors turned our feet black so not very well mopped. Everything else was clean. Bug free! Comforters on the bed would have been nice. Overall I would definitely stay again.
Great room and great price very clean rooms
Great location for pigeon forge and great prices..sheets had stains. Handicap mom asked for room on floor when scheduling and ended up on the 4th floor... couldn't use the pool not bc of weather but because ducks swam in it and was pooping in it. Breakfast was nasty and tasted like raw pastries with powder dough on the bottom, deff could be better
Front desk was nice! This is our second time staying here. It’s affordable and very clean! Our kids will have these memories for a lifetime! 🩷
