They overbooked me and I ended up getting locked out of my car and they did nothing to help
In checking in - we were asked to sign paperwork for our stay which was unreadable due to the printer needing ink, room AC was set at 60 and filter for AC not in place, blankets paper thin and no extra blankets, large hair wad in the shower from Chubaka plugging the shower from draining. I was silly and had hope for a glass of orange juice in the morning and some pink watery liquid like Koolade came out. The first room they gave us already had someone in it, I'm sure they enjoyed the surprise of us barging in at 11pm, the front desk said something like, "yeah, that happens, it's not my fault". The second room was empty at least. The bottle of body wash mounted to the wall was empty, the shower didn't drain, there is water damage in the ceiling. Half the lights don't have bulbs, the front desk said they have no extra towels because they take them for the "other location" and they are struggling to get supplies for breakfast (... read more
I had a great time at the Super 8. It was affordable, the nice lady at the front desk was extremely friendly with my friend, the AC was ice cold, and the neighbors seemed really nice. Great memories and lots of laughs. If I could give it 6 stars I would. Don’t trust the haters only leaving 1 star. I think they’re spam bots from the RamKota.
