Our experience with the front desk left us very disappointed. My father booked a room through a third-party website and was told that, even though it was shortly after midnight and he had booked for July 10, he would still be able to check in because he was only about 30 minutes away. Upon arrival the front desk staff was correcting a child running behind the counter. As she was not the friendliest as well the interaction with the night attendant was any better. My family and I were in town for a military graduation. The service was poor nonetheless.
