I have been going to this hotel for at least 20 years. Always had good service. Until this time. Spoke to a gentleman on the phone and booked a room. He even called me the next day and asked if I was coming. Said omw be there by 4. All the good was ruined when a smart ass girl at the counter first told me I didn't have a reservation, then after telling her he just called me, she said "we dont call people" Unbelievable treatment. Horrible place!.. see photos DON'T STAY HERE. Stained towels and Shower Curtain Sink caulking badly broken and drain clogged and no drain cap. Floor towel was alread wet when we checked in. Bed Sheet had makeup stain on it. Walls and doors have scratches Bases boards broken Phone would not dail the front desk. Free breakfast is always out of most items. It was only Tuesday and they were saying sorry but we get Restocked on Fridays! Customer service Horrible..... A guy checking out asked for a receipt and was told they don't ... read more

This was the worst stay. Room had not been cleaned in months and smelled like it. The bathroom was so horrible that I went and got cleaning supplies and cleaned it myself. The linen had multiple stains and should have been replaced, I went and got my own. If I had the money to go somewhere else I would have done this after demanding a refund. Also no batteries in the smoke detector

I wouldn't stay there again. The coffee machine was horrible, no real sugar, the breakfast room was messy, killed a spider in the tub, the halls and elevator smelled, but the room didn't, check in/out was easy. The pillows were too small.
