Sub-par customer service is an understatement.
Worst Hotel ever! Room smell horrific like cigarette smoke despite being non-smoking. Mattresses were squishy and sunk in. Carpet was sticky and dirty. Lights above sink didn't work. Breakfast was 2 cereals warm milk and a package of muffins. We were in town for a funeral and showed up smelling because of the room! It was embarrassing!
This is a great hotel for travelers. The receptionist was helpful. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and a good shower. I recommend the family restaurant a little further down the road. There is no elevator
