I booked a 3 queen bed room through booking.com. When we got there, they ran our credit card and THEN told us that the room was overbooked and put us in a 2 queen bed room instead, despite having paid for the larger room. When I brought this up to the front desk staff, they said they would offer us a refund. 3 months later and still no refund.
