I would give the hotel management a zero. Donna (clerk) wonderful lady great service from her. We were here overnight and we had a blizzard next morning ( 7am ) donna said, plow was on its way...... nerdless to say, never showed up. we were forced to stay another night at $93.00 couldn't get to our car [no shovle] they told multiple family's that we had to leave because they booked the room from under us and expected us to leave without our cars being able to leave yes it was alot of snow but if the plow truck came and maint... read more
If I could give this place a 0 rating I would. We pulled in at 1:30 a.m. because of a terrible blizzard. We were hoping to get back on the road the next morning. But, we got over 16" of snow and the hotel didn't plow the lot. Nobody could get out. To make it worse, apparently they booked our room the second night and they had no other rooms available. Maybe they could have told us that in the morning. So, they told us to leave. Leave??? We couldn't because they didn't plow THEIR lot. How are we supposed to leave??? We are al... read more
Mike was a delight to interact with after a late night scary drive in the snow, and making a decision to stay the night for our safety. He was warm, funny, and friendly! The building was very well kept, clean, and quiet. Honestly, one of the best motels ive ever stayed at!
We walked in at 1:30am and Mike greeted us at the counter. We were very thankful he had a room for us with the roads being very nasty. So thankful for his kindness!! Thank you, Mike
