This hotel is convenient right off of I35 in southern Iowa. There are a couple of good restaurants in the area. We did find the rooms clean and especially liked the LVP flooring rather than carpet. The floors felt clean under bare feet. The carpet on the stairs was pretty dirty but it seemed to be clean in the hallways. The continental breakfast was the usual and it tasted fresh. This hotel isn't designed for luxury, but as functional. Laminate flooring feels cleaner than carpet. Breakfast was what you expect....waffles, cereal, hard boiled eggs, breads, fruit, etc. Bed was comfy, tv worked, bathroom was clean. Perfect if you just need a place to stay on your way to your destination.
