I stayed here for one night since I was passing through Omaha on my way to Utah to visit family. I picked this place for the price, so I wasnt expecting much. To say this place was way below my expectations is an understatement. Let's talk about the staff first. Staff did not adhere to price, rooms dirty, can’t get refund after 10 minutes. Do not stay here.
I've been to nicer hotels in 3rd world countries. Bugs, flat out filthy, hairy, 1 person speaks English, dont count on the "breakfast". I'd much rather stay in my tent and not shower for a week. You get what you pay for, that's for sure.
They have bedbugs and roaches ! And also will put your card under fraud don’t recommend!
Arrived at 4pm and was told that I needed to come back later because rooms were still being cleaned. Any other establishment will be available for you to check in anytime after 3pm. Get back at 8pm to see if my room is ready, and the son of the owner tells me his dad will be back in 10 minutes, so I had to wait even longer to just get checked in. I still haven't been checked in to my room at the time of me writing this review by the way. Next time I come to Omaha I'm avoiding this establishment like the plague.
