The old housekeepers are Rude! I asked for towels and was told No! But the front desk gal was nice and got me some. I won’t be back.
This is not a 5 star hotel, but this was a 5 star experience for me. The hotel itself is very functional. They came by every morning emptied my trash and gave me white towels. They were very pleasant to me on the telephone and helped me carry my bag to my room. The hotel is ideally placed across the street from a subway, a thrift store walking distance to a Dollar Tree and there is a Casey's next door you can go and get some Pizza or chicken wings. I only expected to stay a couple nights but ran into so many issues, from going home to car not starting. I've been here over a month now and the ladies at front desk (Sam and Sara) and the cleaning crew have all been exceptionally pleasant and understanding! They make sure we have everything we need and always greet us with a smile. I've stayed at a lot of other hotels over the years, and while they may offer a pool and breakfast.. When we got into town our original hotel was a nightmare but I called here & they gave me a good rate so we stayed 4 days! The staff were very nice & the rooms were pretty nice with a microwave and fridge! Downfall is they don’t have breakfast but they do have vending machines or places right around the corner for food! They do service coffee though! I’d definitely stay here again!
Comfortable experience overall.The staff is friendly and helpful.
