Update. 2 weeks have passed with 8 phone calls ans 2 emails. No response. ROACHES. They are everywhere even in the bed. Side tables, floors, bathroom, literally all over. I have called for the manager 3 times, sent an email with photos and videos I was told would be forwarded to the manager and no response at all.
WARNING do not stay here! My father stopped to stay here after 12 hours of driving just to have his driver's license STOLEN. It was well orchestrated. The manager had the audacity to be rude, and the person at the desk argued that she had given his card back (a lie). It was "accidentally" knocked off the counter, and a gentleman who was lingering swooped in and grabbed it and left! Yes it is all on video. Need to update shower. Other than that, not bad for inexpensive
The lady at the front desk made a racist comment to someone who came in trying to get a room, and told her there were no rooms available for her. I contacted customer service which required me providing the phone number and confirmation number associated with my reservation. Customer service told me that the guest to the comments were made to would have to call in order for them to do anything.
