Horrible experience.
The hotel was conveniently located and priced well. Some things in the room needed repair and some guests were very loud well into the night. Overall, an affordable hotel stay.
If it were me I’d avoid this hotel if your on a business trip there is a lot of load customers up all hours of the night and worst of all cockroaches crawling around at night go to flip a light on and see roaches running around so you probably will leave with friends very disappointed
I understand Super 8 is a 2-star hotel, so I wasn’t expecting luxury—but I was still very disappointed. The room was supposed to be smoke-free, but it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. There was also hair in the tub, which made the bathroom feel unclean. We used the restroom and immediately left to check into another hotel nearby. This is the first time I’ve ever had to leave a hotel and rebook somewhere else. Definitely not the experience I was expecting.
