Unprofessionalism by the staff members on 4/6/2025 Cockroaches found and ignored by staff. Male staff member had drug behavior which was repulsive!
No hotel staff, have to use a phone. The breakfast is pretty bad muffins. Coffee was ok, just had to run someone down to get creamer.
The clerk was very nice and present. Being kind to strangers is a great achievement and that is what I felt. Thanks to super 8 service that I will be back.
No hot water. 6am cant take shower . Several rooms have no hot water. 30 degrees and snowing. Refunds should be awarded
