If I could give negative stars I would. This is the rudest customer service I've ever had in all my 51 years. Avoid this place at all cost. They are thieves. I booked online and it was the wrong place yea I know my fault but they chose to steal my money when they could cancel it but chose not to. I called and explained the situation the lady hung up on me twice and said she refused to cancel it and proceeded to charge my card. I'm telling you now DO NOT GO HERE.

Clean rooms but more importantly best customer service I have ever received at a hotel at this tier. Definitely recommend.
Next to a bar a little noisy at times. Otherwise, we'll taken care of.
1975 called and wanted their drapes and bedding back. This hotel screams retro! I loved it. Room was super clean and the staff was friendly. Would recommend.
