Listing a pool in hotel app amenities knowing full well it is closed should be illegal because it's straight up false advertising. Also, there are 2 bratty kids going door to door, begging for food that seem to live here.
El dia del check-in fueron bastantes desagradables para atender a mi esposa, piscina no habilitada, no reponen desayuno, no hay cubiertos ni platos, el cafe esta del dia anterior, al igual que las masas de waffle, cuando llegue, en mi habitación habían 3 almohadas para 2 camas y solo 2 toallas (éramos 4 huéspedes), no hay AC en la habitacion de desayuno. Y lo peor! 100 usd la noche… increible por favor mas atencion a los detalles.
Lugar tranquilo y las chicas de limpieza son muy amables , en recepción las personas son educadas y te tratan con amabilidad.
Nice clean room and friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again.
