Area was convenient, but the breakfast was not what it was supposed to be. Even though I only stayed 2 days it could have been better. First day was just bananas and second day was a honey bun.
Came in at 12:30 after speaking to Mark at Wyndham to confirm our room. We get onsite and Charlie says he doesn’t have our reservation. I call back to Wyndham and they are consulting with the hotel. We are told to come back at 10 am for a refund because they have the reservation for 3pm.I have been reserving from this same location for months and never had a problem. I have assisted several homeless people with rooms here. The owners sister is wonderful, everyone else here is rude and incompetent!
Every hall reeked of smoke, though the room had enough air freshener to cover it. Floors were all pretty gross. Breakfast was just honey buns and bananas. Staff was willing to work with us though so that was nice.
Not a vacation spot, very rude. Double charged us for the dog! Waiting on a refund. Will never stay here again!
