Staff informed us of the pool being temporarily closed but had two different reasons why. Our balcony room which is quite nice because of the view is also dangerous because of the flooring decay. Do not step by the edge you can feel the decking giving out. The breakfast was frosted flakes or raisn brand... no waffles, juice wasn't working, and pckgs of jelly and peanut butter with white bread. Oatmeal was the other option but no hot water to cook it. This was the 2nd time we stayed and it definitely won’t happen again! The rooms were dirty! Spiderwebs in the doorways and dirty mirrors, the whole place is in need of a remodel bad and a new cleaning crew! Also the rooms on either side of ours were loud screaming and fighting & the staff did nothing about it! And to top it all off no breakfast again! And the pool is always closed!

The receptionist was very knowledgeable and friendly, but the hotel itself was very old and the room had a moldy smell. Bathroom was okay, but the carpet of the bedroom was kind of nasty. Prices for rooms are compared to other hotels expensive. The good part was that we could leave our car parked at the hotel until we came back from the cruise that we attended for a week starting the day after.
I enjoyed the stay. Easy to get on and off Interstate to commute in and out of downtown. Respectfully seedy location. I had my 8 yr old son and felt it was as clean and safe for anyone looking for a motel. Pool had an issue bc of A disrespectful tenant. No worries. Went to dave and Buster's. The locals that stay and frequent minded there business. If you were a man or woman from out of town n needed anything and a safe place to do it my kind of place in my day. Great parking.
