Perfect stay I felt secure an safe, the front desk staff are amazing, but the cleaning ladies could have cleaned our room which they never did or even asked if we needed towels we had to keep catching them to even get fresh towels, our beds never got made up or trash never emptied we dumped it ourselves and they kept knocking an trying to come in our room by opening the door every 20 minutes until 11am which check out time is 11 an they started at 10:08am that’s disrespectful an invading of privacy, but overall I enjoyed my ... read more
I was pleasantly surprised. This is my first time in New Orleans but the reviews did not lie. The rooms were clean and beds. The only con was hearing the drunk people coming from their cars looking for their rooms or accidentally setting their car alarms off…I also did not like the fact I had to call down and get more towels and our room wasn’t serviced the whole time we were here. I would stay here again. The location is central to a lot and I am looking forward to the next trip!
It's good place to rest one head for a short stay
The hotel is pretty outdated, you can tell the moment you step into the elevator that it’s an old property. That wasn’t really a problem, though. The location was super nice if you want to stay close to the center but not pay the high prices there. It was affordable, and the room was clean enough. However, the breakfast was a scam. If you’re counting on breakfast, don’t. Make plans to eat somewhere else.
