Our entire extended family stayed here to attend my uncles funeral. Victor was great, breakfast was generous and delicious. Currently the pool is having maintenance
Rooms were nothing spectacular, your typical hotel rooms. But they get 5 stars because our room was immaculately clean. Service was great. Our 2nd day our key cards stopped working. The front desk had this issue resolved within minutes. We also asked the cleaning staff for some extra pillows and towels. Wish I could rate this place negative! The website said they had a pool and hot tub... nope they are shut down and we found this out after checking in. The bath tub wouldn't plug to take a bath and the front desk guy was no help. We were only there for 2 hours and demanded a refund. Do not stay here, it is a joke! Even the pillows on the bed were tiny square pillows for couches and not soft at all. TV hardly worked. I can keep going, definitely a horrible experience.
Everything was great except we were really interested in having the pool & hottub and was told it was closed 6 months ago. Was not told this when we booked the hotel so we were disappointed.
Excellent Super 8 location. Very clean, nice rooms, excellent staff, and a great breakfast . HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL
