This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were beyond rude, disrespectful, and downright hostile—there aren’t words strong enough to describe how appalling their behavior was. The room was disgusting, with a broken door lock, cigarette burn marks, and tears in the sofa. The location was incredibly unsafe, especially for women travelers. Kind of a shady part of town. The room stunk like piss. No ice, machine was about 100 years old and didn't work. The desk person said they'd get some showed up 2 hours later. By then my husband had run out and got his own.
