OK, Maybe it's crazy to give a Super 8 Motel a 5 star rating, but rating this hotel against the value I think it deserves it. Jay (the front desk guy) and Sanjay (the manager) were excellent and helpful. The rooms were clean, well sound-insulated, and comfortable. They were willing to hold my luggage at the front desk, and give me a decent walk-in rate on a room. Compared to the Rodeway Inn up the road, this one was way better. Bad area, be in your room before dark and don't leave. Beds were nice, bathroom sucks. Shower was terrible. Front desk doesn't understand English. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. If I could leave a minus star I would.
Huge room no smell awesome breezeway middle the h0tey ("hotel ;)) by balconies has stairs it's cool to go up and feel up high than first floor great space to walk around the stairs and building for exercise. Enjoyed my stay I don't want to leave and the sign says they want you to STAY. ("We wish you didn't have to leave at all.")!!
Headline: A major letdown—maintenance is non-existent I chose this hotel based on the advertisements, but it looks nothing like the website. The maintenance is severely lacking: Cleanliness: Found hair on the bed upon arrival. Air Quality: The AC filters were clogged with dirt, which is a huge health concern. Facilities: The hallway floors are cracking in several areas. It feels like the management has given up on upkeep while still charging luxury prices. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually values hygiene.
