1st thing-the a/c wouldn't go below 78 degrees and the fan wouldn't stay running 2nd thing-the phone didn't work 3rd thing-the TV didn't work, so I had to walk down to the front desk to let them know about it. Some lady brought a cable and connected the TV to the box but it still didn't work. Then she went and got a new box.
