Literally only waffles for breakfast and coffee was yuck
The location is the only thing that is positive about this motel. The staff/owners are extremely rude, not only to customers, but also to their own housekeepers. Asking for clean linens and toilet tissue was very difficult, forget about actually getting your room cleaned. Don’t let the Wyndham name fool you.
Do not stay at this hotel unless you want bed bugs. My boyfriend and I were having renovations done at our house so we had to get a hotel room for a few nights. After going home we both discovered we had bed bugs on us🤢 When my boyfriend called them they accused him of lying and offered nothing for our trouble. They even called him back and told him they checked the room and couldn’t find anything which we know for a fact is a lie. 1st thing-the a/c wouldn't go below 78 degrees and the fan wouldn't stay running 2nd thing-the phone didn't work 3rd thing-the TV didn't work, so I had to walk down to the front desk to let them know about it. Some lady brought a cable and connected the TV to the box but it still didn't work. Then she went and got a new box.
