It was really terrible experience for me the room was dirty . The floor is also dirty like they never clean it. And also the pictures they show online are years old. Please never visit this hotel this is like a fraud. One more thing the towels in washrooms were not washed properly.
Hotel has probably the worst customer service I’ve experienced out of any hotel. The front desk individual was rude, extremely uninformed and ended up hanging up on me? He NEVER answered the phone again to my number. I had to call from a different phone to question the behaviour of this employee. Still waiting for a follow up. It’s a shame because it’s the only hotel near the Hamilton airport and it’s gone down hill to the lowest.
Rooms are disgusting. A/C doesn't work in anyroom.
The staff are nice but this motel is dirty, beat up, awful parkinf lot and the restaurant in the pictures is closed. Stay somewhere else until they clean up the place.
