The bed was very firm & comfortable. Staff was very nice.
Rude front desk lady, always arguing with the guests & being ignorant. Reported missing items, no help nothing done. Housekeepers enter room without checking if it’s okay, happened TWICE. & tried to continues talking after being told getting dressed. Front desk man hung up when I called about reporting missing personal belonging. Same thing with our next day, front desk lady said “call back tomorrow housekeeping isn’t here” I’m aware stuff is supposed to be labeled & put up in a lost & found it was my wallet.
