Staff was pleasant, but no cups or glasses or coffee maker in room. Only 1 bedside light, making reading impossible. Breakfast was very limited and no knives to spread butter or cream cheese on bagels.
Let me start by saying that there are some amazing people working at this hotel... not once has it ever been a problem getting anything I needed for my room or anything else... the day time manager Kasi Knechtl is the absolute best... she goes out of her way for the people that stays here... Javon, Aritza are always welcoming and very polite... Q is also a great host.. I love everything about this hotel... I highly recommend it and the prices are amazing. Keep doing a great job....

The WORST BREAKFAST We ever had in over 60 years. Come on a bagel no Cereal, pancakes toast. The coffee creamers were left out over night
