Updated. Hotel management has contacted me and offered a refund for 1/ 6 nights. Not convinced it will help the big issues but appreciated the gesture and attempt to make it rightm Overall quite disappointed. Staff went into our room even when do not disturb was on door. They took a bag off of back of door, even when we put our garbage was outside and sign was on door, indicating we did not want service If they were goint to enter our room without permission they could have actually CLEANED it.
