We stayed at the hotel this weekend. I would NOT recommend staying here! The heat was shut off everywhere in the hotel except the front desk area. It took almost 8 hours for our room to heat up. When my daughter went down to the front desk to ask about the heat the front desk worker was rude. He came to the room and said, it will work soon. My daughter then proceeded to ask for an additional blanket because it was so cold. He left to get the blanket, opened the door and threw it in. The room was also dirty. the room is not to bad. The pool is not vey deep, the hot tub can fit around 6 people comfortably (I think). When checking in the hotel was nearly empty, but we still had to wait up to 20 minutes, there was no food place in there, so I'd rate it 3.9
