This was a terrible experience. I ended up with a room with bed bugs. I was in room 226, right above the office. Person who checked me in said he was upgrading my room. I don’t know what upgrading meant if it comes with bed bugs. My arms and legs have bites everywhere. I have a bacterial infection as a result of it. The room was small. I received for 2 nights for sept 19 to 21 drive up for new brunswick to see keith urban the room was clean the front desk worker was friendly and helpful. The next morning i wake up have red marks all over my back on my chest and butt. I check to see if my boyfriend had any and he didn't. Then we have a family emergency on top of this situation so we had to leave. Meiner Meinung nach deutlich besser als es in vielen Bewertungen beschrieben wird. Saubere, große Zimmer, alles ordentlich. Man sollte natürlich für den Preis keinen Luxus erwarten. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum. Die Zimmer sind einfach ausgestattet, Dinge wie einen Föhn sollte man beispielsweise selbst mitbringen.

Staff was rude and unaccomodating
