This hotel is disgusting. I travel for work and I have to stay here because it’s the only hotel in that area that has parking for tractor trailers. They have roaches I see them in my room a few times recently and the rugs are filthy, the plumbing is bad, and there’s never nothing to eat for the “free” breakfast but I wouldn’t even eat it anyways because the hotel is just disgusting. I advise you to spend a extra $20-$30 and go to the Holiday Inn on 208 not to far from this hotel.
No remote for the tv, no shower curtain, toilet paper was not put on the roll, 2nd floor room with 3 small children with no elevator. It was not a pleasant experience. When we went to check out my daughter in law had my grandson's pack n play and she was informed they were not pet friendly and was not nice about it. I dont think was an appropriate comment. I also woke up with bites. Totally not worth 130.00 for 8 hours we stayed there.
Room 212. Blanket has holes burnt into it. Sheets are stained. Carpet is partially melted in some spots. The lamp shades are covered in dust. One of the lamps does not work. The chair is extremely dirty and stained, and ripped as well. Everything is very old. The girl at the front counter was very friendly.
