I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect - the staff were incredibly polite and helpful, the entire place was spotless, and the service was top-notch. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and quality. Would definitely come back!
Despicable and crap service by the front desk staff. Let me share how horrendous and full of entitlement the staff are. When we checked in via booking.com, the front desk charged us security deposit on my credit card in addition to the 5 nights already paid. We decided to checkout after 1 night as the location was in a busy traffic location and full of heavy vehicles.
