We enjoyed our stay at the super 8 hotel. Little noisy on the first night with a ball tournament. However, our stay was relatively quiet and we enjoyed it.
Horrible experience here. Overall rating based on service alone. Location and hotel are not bad. Booked a room and when I arrived I was given a different room than originally booked. I was told I booked it for a different type of room (argued with me to just shy of calling me a liar). Then I showed them my confirmation email and they said were like oh well, we can give you a cot. No offer to reduce my room rate or compensate me in any way. They did not care at all and were not even apologetic.
What a scam!! Stole $350 off my mother in laws debit card. House keepers Claimed we left cigarette buts and ashes and that the room reeked of cigarettes. WE DON’T EVEN SMOKE!! ill be reaching out to corporate.
Friendly Staff and facilities and rooms are well kept.
