Would not recommend this hotel. Very poor customer service. We had booked 2 rooms, with one being a jacuzzi suite. When we checked into the jacuzzi suite(11 pm) our room did not have water. We called the front desk and they said they were looking into it. The next morning I requested a discount as we couldn’t even use the jacuzzi which we paid for. They only gave us a 10% discount off the $280 room. I asked to pay the same $140 rate as our other room which they wouldn’t accommodate. Very disappointed in the management of thi... read more
