My sister and I are going to use the pool gym. The pool maintenance seems good. He seems to take pool pH seriously. And he keeps the area clean. The front desk was very pleasant and informative. The front lobby was clean and well-presented to the eye..Didn't not see rooms or other areas.. but I would think and hope it would be well kept. As the months have gone by in our fourth month. There is some serious work that needs to be done with the management of this Hotel. I recently got hired here and there has been many abbreviations and it is quite unprofessional to say the least. I heard some negative experiences of working here from some mutual friends and a family member claiming an experience of harrassment but I had taken on the position hoping of a different experience. Room was cold... heater not working very well but was ok cause good comforter on bed. The complimentary breakfast was a joke... there were empty trays and no eggs... my arrival time for breakfast was 07:55 ... Go somewhere else... lol... anywhere else...
We had a horrible experience! our room smelt of heavy cigarette smell, which affected my son‘s asthma through the night. We had requested extra pillows before even going to the hotel in which we were told at first we wouldn’t be getting them. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here.
