Very dirty & outdated. The breakfast was a Pop-Tart and a small carton of juice only togo, very poor. The only things good about the room is the AC is quieter. Friendly receptionist. I won't be staying again.

The night manager Chrissy and the day manager Kim are both professional and kind. They explained the hotels policies clearly. They went out of their way to provide exceptional service. They deserve more support from corporate in terms of maintenance of the premises. With a modest investment this hotel could be quite wonderful. Our room had clean sheets and towels. Not at all good. Got there and immediately the key card they gave us didn't work. Shower had just about no hot water and was falling apart. The floors in the room were disgusting, the sheets on the bed were musty. Half of the outlets don't work as your charger will fall out of it. Pure smell of cannabis in the hallways which was absolutely disgusting.
