Barely any hot water there was never any coffee ready customer service stinks I would definitely never recommend anybody to go there unfortunately I have never had that better service at a hotel before
To be completely honest, the only good thing about this experience was the front desk staff. The African American woman who works their Shift, was very pleasant and she was very knowledgeable and helped with my questions. However, the property itself is actually not a bad property. But it needs a total overhaul. The floors could at least be swept or mopped. The rooms need to be sprayed down as it has a musty smell. And that's not the best. The staff is so friendly and kind! The rooms were a very much appreciated, and welcoming. The staff was very attentive and brewed fresh coffee every morning.
